Imagine a world where every tenant, body corporate, and building manager has the power to seamlessly maintain and enhance their living environment. This is the promise of Ceres.
For tenants, it’s like having a direct line to your building’s well-being. You spot a fault with the HVAC or a window that doesn’t seal right, and with just a few taps, you’re able to log a ticket. It’s as quick as sending a message to your building manager, who receives it instantly and takes action to ensure your comfort.
Building managers can monitor live data coming from the building, oversee maintenance, log faults, and coordinate with contractors.
Now, think of the body corporate and real estate agents overseeing multiple buildings across the city, track vacancy rates, and handle approvals.

Challenges: Data visualisation was the central challenge in this design case. I needed to solve how to present complex statistics and charts in a way that was both visually compelling and accessible to a wide audience. Balancing clarity, aesthetic appeal, and usability across diverse user groups was key to delivering an effective and intuitive UI
